It’s Day 22 of my #ThirtyDaysOfThanks and today I am especially thankful for good food so I’m sharing with you How to Simplify Thanksgiving Dinner so you can enjoy yours too!
If you must eat to live you might as well make it good food! I am thankful for good food and so is my family. Because of that they never want to miss out on my cooking, which is what they love, when we go to family dinners for Thanksgiving. So the best way to simplify on Thanksgiving Day is to have a family dinner on a different day. Last night we feasted on my full Thanksgiving Dinner that was homemade by me. I do this every year because my children don’t want to miss out on their favorite dishes when we go to spend holidays with the relatives. We’ll be celebrating the real Thanksgiving with the rest of my extended family on the traditional holiday. This plan works out great because then all week while you are busy enjoying your family and the holiday, you have plenty of leftovers to keep your children happy. It works out perfect for me! What are your usual Thanksgiving meal plans?
