It’s true, I’m a pumpkin lover. I recently made the best Pumpkin Granola Bars! I’m sharing my recipe today to show just how easy it is to make your own.
Pumpkin Granola Bars Ingredients –
3 C. rolled oats
1 ½ C. raisins
1 C. chopped walnuts
1 tbs. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×9 baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick spray. This will help get the bars out easily.
#1. In a medium size bowl, combine the rolled oats, raisins, walnuts, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Mix well coating all the ingredients. Pour in the 14 oz. can of condensed milk and stir the mixture completely coating the oats, nuts and raisins.
#2. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and use the back of a spoon to evenly smooth the mixture out.
#3. Bake 20-25 minutes. The bars will start to set and turn a light golden brown color.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container or wrap the bars individually in plastic wrap for an easy grab and go healthy snack.
In the future I plan to try making bars with honey and other ingredients too but these worked out just fine for me this time and everyone loved them! So tell me… “What is your favorite pumpkin pie flavored treat?”
