Peppermint Cheesecake Chocolate Graham Cracker Parfait! Looking for a great holiday dessert that will WOW your guests? You are going to LOVE these!
I love making fun desserts especially during the Winter holidays. Both chocolate and peppermint are my favorite holiday flavors, well besides gingerbread! So I tried a grown up version of my old Peppermint Brownies and I think my family and guests are going to love these.
Here’s what you need to know and do to make this delicious treat.
Peppermint Cheesecake Chocolate Graham Cracker Parfait
16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
14 ounce can of sweet condensed milk
8 ounce Cool Whip, thawed
2 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 /2 cup chocolate chips
4 chocolate Graham crackers
12 Hershey’s Peppermint Kisses, chopped, divided
In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add two 8 ounces packages of softened cream cheese and whip until smooth.
Pour in 14-ounce can of sweet condensed milk and mix until combined.
Add 2 Tbs of fresh squeezed lemon juice and mix well.
Roughly chop 15 Hershey’s Peppermint Kisses (reserve 1/3 for topping parfaits) and add to mixture, gently mix until well combined
Remove bowl from mixer.
Spoon in 1 tub of Coop Whip and stir gently. This does not need to be thoroughly combined.
Place mixture into the refrigerator until ready to use.
Chocolate Graham Cracker Crumble Directions –
1. Using a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and four chocolate Graham crackers.
2. Pulse until you get a rough chop, you don’t want the mixture too fine. Set aside.
1. Add 1 – 2 Tbs of chocolate Graham crumble to the bottom of a parfait glass.
2. Spoon in Peppermint No Bake Cheesecake mixture.
3. Garnish with chopped Hershey’s Peppermint Kisses.
4. Serve. Eat. Enjoy!
